I am a weight loss nutrition coach and associate NLP practitioner and my main focus is women’s health and weight loss. I help women with weight loss struggles, yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, food freedom and sugar cravings. The food plans I offer are flexible and designed by a registered nutritionist. I provide the tools, support and motivation through guided coaching which is the magic on top to really make weight loss achievable and sustainable, so no more diets are needed. It’s more of a healthy lifestyle than a diet, meaning no restriction or cutting out complete food groups.
